Mike Lawrence and Rob Mathias showed up hungry and ready.
As soon as they brought the food I could see this was going to be a bettle.
Mike started out fast on the ribs, and Rob tried to pace himself.
I just started to enjoy some great food.
About 20 minutes into the contest Mike and Rob started to slow, I kept my pace and at 41:57 I took my last bite of the ribs!
Yes I really can eat that much, so I asked Gary "where's desert?"... to which he answered coming up! Gary brought me a delicious piece of Explorers Point Homemade Cheese cake and caramel sauce. By the way I finished that before the 60 minutes as well!
So if you think you can eat more and faster than me, take the Explorers Point Rib Challenge and do it faster than me, oh yeah add that cheese cake desert into your challenge too!
